Your 14-day free trial begins the moment you sign up. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged.
Can I cancel during the trial? ▼
Yes. Cancel any time during the 14-day trial and you will not be charged anything. You retain full access until the trial period ends.
Do I need to enter payment information for the trial? ▼
Yes. We require a valid card to start the trial. If Age Wise Index™ turns out to be the right fit for your practice, your access simply continues when the trial ends, with no extra steps. Your card will not be charged during the trial.
Can I cancel after subscribing? ▼
Yes, at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal or direct bank transfers at this time.
How do I manage my subscription? ▼
Go to Profile & Settings → Subscription. From there you can switch between monthly and annual billing, download invoices, and manage your payment method through the Stripe billing portal.
