Age Wise Index™ does not independently verify any information entered by users and is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading inputs.
Property conditions can change over time due to renovations, deterioration, or other factors. A score generated at one point in time may not reflect the current condition of a property. Age Wise Index™ recommends that screenings be updated whenever there is a material change to a property.
