This Service is intended solely for use by qualified professionals working with seniors, downsizers, individuals planning to age in place, families helping to navigate these housing transitions, but not limited to licensed real estate professionals. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are acting within the scope of your professional practice.

Scores are based on professional observations and judgment and are subject to interpretation. Users are solely responsible for verifying all property features independently.
Age Wise Index™, the Independent Living Score methodology, and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Raeven Logic Systems Inc. You may not:
You retain ownership of all property data, assessments, and reports you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
We will never sell your individual data or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
You agree NOT to:
Age Wise Index™ operates on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (end of the month for monthly plans, end of the year for annual plans). No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. You retain full access to the Service until the end of your paid subscription period, even after cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Subscription cancellations can be managed through your Stripe customer portal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada. If you are accessing the Service from outside Canada, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Alberta courts for the resolution of any disputes.
Nothing in this clause limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect our intel
