I built Age Wise Index™ because of a question I kept hearing.
When people later in life look at a home, most of them ask a version of the same thing: “Will this home still work for me in ten years?” It’s a serious question, and the honest answer was usually an experienced opinion. That wasn’t enough.
Age Wise Index™ is what I wished existed when I was a real estate agent, a structured, repeatable way to screen a home for how well it will support the years ahead, instead of relying on intuition.
It’s the resource I couldn’t find. So I built it.
