I built Age Wise Index™ because I kept running into the same problem in my own practice.
As a Realtor and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I’ve walked through homes with clients over the age of 55. Most of them ask a version of the same question: “Will this home still work for me in ten years?” It’s a serious question, and for a long time the best answer I could give was an experienced opinion. That wasn’t enough.
Age Wise Index™ is the tool I wished I’d had. It turns the intuition I’ve built serving senior clients into something any agent can use — a structured, repeatable way to screen a home for how well it will support a client’s next chapter.
I built it for agents and senior-living professionals who take this work as seriously as I do.
