Finding the share button:
The Age Wise Index™ enables agents to evaluate homes a client is considering buying and, where appropriate, the client's current residence within the context of their buying and selling plan.
Click "+ Add Property" on the Dashboard. Enter the address, type, price, and specs.
Answer guided screening questions covering safety, accessibility, and aging-readiness features.
Create professional PDFs with star ratings to share with clients.
Yes! Go to the property details page and click "View/Edit Screening" to review and modify any answers. The score recalculates automatically.
The Independent Living Score™ evaluates properties across multiple categories, with critical safety features weighted more heavily than aesthetic preferences. The final score is normalized to a 0–100 scale for easy comparison.
The scoring methodology is proprietary. For specific questions about how features are weighted, contact support.
On the Dashboard, click the checkboxes on property cards to select 2–4 properties, then click the blue "Compare" button that appears. You'll see a side-by-side comparison table and can generate a comparison report.
Yes! Go to your Profile page and click "Download Spreadsheet" to export all your properties, screenings, and portfolios as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Your progress is automatically saved as you answer questions. You can close your browser and return later to pick up exactly where you left off.
Yes! A property can belong to multiple portfolios. This is useful when showing the same property to different clients or comparing it in different contexts.

Solution 1: Double-check your email address and password. Email is case-sensitive.
Solution 2: Click "Forgot?" on the login page to reset your password via email.
Solution 3: Try a different browser (Chrome recommended).
If you still can't access your account, contact support using the form below.
Step 1: On the login page, click the "Forgot?" link
Step 2: Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Link"
Step 3: Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
Step 4: Click the link in the email and set your new password
Reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.
Desktop: Click "Download as PDF" → select "Save as PDF" in the print dialog
Mobile: Reports work best on desktop or laptop. For mobile, use Share → Print → "Save to Files"
If content is cut off: Try adjusting print margins to "Minimum" or "None" in print settings
Chrome and Safari work best for PDF generation. Avoid Internet Explorer.
The Independent Living Score™ uses a weighted calculation system where critical safety features impact the score more than aesthetic preferences.
If score seems too low: Check that you've answered all 35 questions. Missing answers can significantly lower the score.
If score seems inconsistent: Review your answers on the property detail page to ensure they reflect the actual property conditions.
The scoring methodology is proprietary. For specific questions about how features are weighted, contact support.
Solution 1: Check your internet connection. Changes require an active connection to save.
Solution 2: Try refreshing the page and attempting the action again.
Solution 3: Log out completely, close your browser, then log back in.
If the problem persists, contact support with details about what action failed.
Common mistake: You must use Safari on iOS — Chrome and Firefox won't work for app installation.
Why Safari only? This is an Apple platform restriction. Age Wise Index works perfectly in any browser for normal use — Safari is only required for the optional home screen installation.
Finding the share button: Look at the bottom toolbar, second icon from the left (square with arrow pointing up)
If share button is missing: Tap the address bar or white space to make the toolbar visible
Your screening progress auto-saves as you answer questions. If it appears lost:
Step 1: Go back to the property detail page
Step 2: Click "View Screening" — your previous answers should be there
Step 3: If answers are missing, your progress may not have saved due to a connection issue
Always ensure a stable internet connection during screenings to prevent data loss.
